Human Resources consists of the Certificated Personnel Department, the Classified Personnel Department, the Personnel Commission, and Equity Services.

 

The primary goal of the Human Resource Department in the William S. Hart Union High School District is to recruit, support and retain the best teachers, administrators and support staff. This goal is driven by the ultimate desire of staff to support our students in acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills needed for career and college readiness.

 

We strive to hire the most highly-qualified teachers, support staff, substitutes and administrators. Employment opportunities for both Certificated Personnel and Classified Personnel are posted on our website, as well as through Edjoin (certificated) and GovernmentJobs.Com (classified).

 

In addition to recruitment, Human Resources is a true resource for current staff, both Classified and Certificated. We provide support for those requiring information regarding credentialing and renewal, leaves of absence, transfers, salary placement, stipends, and substitute placement.
