The Wm. S. Hart Union High School District solicited bids for General Construction for Bid Package HA11-04A, Hart High School Chiller. The bids were opened 5/17/2011. 10 contractors submitted proposals and their respective prices will be presented to the Governing Board 5/18/2011. Links to Results are posted below.
The District will recommend the award of this prime contract to the lowest bidder, NSA Construction Group, Inc., with the condition that if the apparent low bidder is not found to have been a responsible bidder, the project can be awarded to the next lowest bidders in succession up to the amount approved by the Governing Board.
