Work Permits Print
“REGULAR” AND “WORK EXPERIENCE”

When school is in session, Hart District and OFL students submit completed work permit applications (http://www.cde.ca.gov/ci/ct/we/documents/b1-1.doc weblink_button) to the work permit office at their school sites.  The form must be signed by employer and parent/guardian. 

Private and home school students need additional documentation and may schedule an appointment by calling 661.259.0033 x231.
